All Rache Rugged Raiment products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

We stand behind the quality of every piece we produce. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

-Your order number

-A brief description of the issue

-Clear photos of the product and the defect

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Situations

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

-Incorrect size ordered

-Change of mind

-Preference for a different color or style

-Normal wear and tear

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a verified defect and a replacement is not possible, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
